Too many years ago I become interested in Yoga after a personal crisis. I was in my twenties and I starded to practise with a lot of esthusiam. In my opinion, all things the video says are true.
Your body is very healthy when you practice Yoga. I agree with the coment that your body is more flexible and strong. You feel good overall.
These days, the practice of meditation is recommended by psychologists, it reduces stress, increases creativity and has multiple benefits. Personally I also recommend practicing Yoga, Taichi or similar disciplines.
